Credit Counselling

Credit counselling plays an important role in helping people fix their debt problems.

Our Credit Counselling Services

Credit counselling plays an important role in helping people fix their debt problems. It involves incorporating debt payments as part of a balanced monthly budget and paying off bad debts in a relatively short time.

Through a free confidential consultation, our credit counsellors will review your current financial situation, recommend a plan of action to settle your debt, and help you implement it.

This plan will incorporate some of the following steps:

1. Create a balanced home budget and help you get your spending under control;

2. Contact your creditors to negotiate a payment plan or settlement amount. Your debt could be discounted by as much as 70%.

3. Consolidate the remaining 30% balance of your debt into one monthly payment with no interest.

At Fontaine & Associates, we take pride in ensuring we take away your stress and solve your financial problems. This is done with Dignity and Respect.

We are credit counsellors and Licensed Insolvency Trustees. Our services are regulated and approved by the Canadian Federal Government. We have been in business for over 35 years.
