Yves holds the designation of Chartered Insolvency Restructuring Professional and has been a licensed Trustee since 1982. He has extensive experience in all facets of bankruptcies and proposals. Prior to joining the Fontaine and Associates team in April 1994, Yves was with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy for 20 years; his last position as Deputy Superintendent of Bankruptcy. He also worked in the consumer credit field. |
